Date: I guess 1950-1970.
Genre: Probably comedy and romance with a hint of erotica (nothing explicit).

It's black & white. It's probably set during World War II, in and around a rural Polish castle (it maybe functions as a hotel).
There is a scene when a young maid brings food to the room of a teenage boy (maybe because he is sick) and she ends up taking off her clothes and getting in bed with him but somebody comes in, so they are interrupted in their endeavors. Later the boy's father talks to the boy about this. He says something along the lines of: "Next time, close the door when you do something like that!".
The maid gets fired. After this, all the men from the area get conscripted into the army because of the war, except an old man and the teenage boy.
This changes the attitude of the women in the castle (servants and guests alike), they start to give a lot of attention to the boy and the old man, them being the only males around.
The main plot is a love story, featuring a girl, who falls in love with this boy, but the boy initially ignores her or just doesn't show his feelings

There is another movie that I'm trying to find, maybe somebody here will know it.

I've seen it on a Hungarian TV channel with Hungarian dubbing. I think it was made in the 80s. It begins with an old writer, who is giving an interview and he is reminiscing about the love of his youth, that story is the bulk of the movie.

The movie takes place in a rural town with lots of trees and bushes, there are only a few cars, most people get around on bicycles. Maybe it's set between 1940 and 1960 but I don't know which country. A boy and a girl gets acquainted, they are both teenagers, they are from good families, they address each other using the formal grammar.

The girl has long, dark blond hair, she's thin, tall and cute. The boy is also blond, thin, tall and good looking. They are walking in a park once and the girl asks the boy to kiss her and he does so. After this, the boy falls in love with the girl and eventually he wants to marry her. But the girl doesn't like this and she tries to distance herself from the boy.

The boy writes many letters to her. In one scene, the girl and her friends ride past the boy on their bicycles, ignoring him. Before they've met, the boy was planning to study for his career but after he fell in love, he wanted to get a job, so that he can marry the girl. He asked his father for a job, who I believe was the owner of a restaurant. The father was trying to make the boy see reason and make him care about his own life but the boy didn't listen to him.
The boy had a little brother.
The movie ends with the old writer saying that he never met the girl again.

I don't know about this one, I don't have a reason to believe it's Polish but I'm pretty sure it's European and I was hoping maybe somebody will recognize it.

About the previous one, I was told that it's Polish (by the person who is looking for it) and that it's set in a castle in Poland but you can never be sure.
